Our first contact came by Telephone back on 8 MAY ’17. An anxious phone, call that was the beginning of three tumultuous
months of preparations! That was the day I received notice that I would be transitioning from Colombo, Sri Lanka to Dubai, United Arab Emirates. I had 3 months, almost to the day, to meet the immense challenge of getting Riley through the process. Since that time, I have inundated you with countless eMails filled with so many queries. Every eMail I sent received a reply in a timely manner. Every question was graciously answered with care & professionalism. Through-out the entire process, your communication was superb and brought essential peace-of-mind given the long distance nature of what was being done. As I struggled through the process in Sri Lanka, I was never left with a moment of doubt that you were in complete command of Riley’s transition in the UAE and ready to help at any time. When I arrived in Dubai, Benny, Bens colleague, was in touch 4 times with Step-by-step updates and he did a wonderful job of getting Riley through the arrival formalities so quickly. It was a joyous moment when Benny pulled up and I met Riley again after 8 hours! In my excitement & fatigue I do not remember what I said to Benny, so please tell him THANKS SO MUCH from both of us!
When you Love a pet, you of course worry about how he will manage the travel and I am extremely pleased that it all went so smoothly and Riley has begun the process of settling into his new home.
There was never any doubt in my mind about your commitment & dedication to making the transition as smooth as possible! Thank-you for everything you have done to make the experience as painless and worry free as possible!
