Dear ABVC team,

We wish you a Merry Pawsmas and a very happy New Year.
Thank you for everything you have done for Luke and Leia.
Leia recovered well from her spaying and is naughty as usual.
I am so glad that I found such a great clinc where the team is professional and supportive at all times. You always took the time for every request and handled it carefully. The clinic is well maintained, clean and organized. The entire team is so friendly and professional. I will never forget my first visit: the doctor took Leia and cuddled her, said hello, gave her a little hug and put her at ease and calmed her down before examining her. That’s how you deal with pets – with the heart and understanding that they are uncomfortable and maybe scared. Whenever I visited you, you took time to explain everything in detail. I appreciate it so much! What mattered to me most is the fact that I felt I can trust you. You were not only all about making money but instead you put the pets wellbeing first. Trust me other clinics unfortunately don’t do that. This is the reason why I looked for other options and I finally found you.
Keep it up guys. You are such an amazing team and you make a difference.
