First and most of all, ABVC travel (specially Lydia) was very good at communicating with me.
very clear and easy to understand explanation of cost and process of relocation. As a customer, this is almost relief while you have other things need to get done.

– ABVC travel understood my needs even before I notice. This is what I call profession could be the timing, but, they were flexible and prepared even before I asked extra stay at their cattery. Also they were always ready to answer my questions, which is very assuring for me because it means they know what they do.

No problem at the destination which is U.K.
ABVC arranged everything on U.K. side which means they work with an agent in U.K. My cat needed to travel about 2 hours from the airport in U.K. ABVC called me or emailed me when he left cattery and when he arrived in U.K. etc. They let me know only important stages which is great.
There are other pet relocation companies in Dubai and recommended by agents in the UK, but that doesn’t always mean those companies in Dubai has good skills to communicate with customers. They maybe good for agents in U.K. Eventually, there not much choice for us which UK agents to choose. This means ABVC is using th same UK agents as other companies.
