Just this month (May 2023) my 2nd bunny a female one had underwent spay surgery. And as a very anxious bunny owner whose known to all the risks of anesthesia I could say that I have given my trust to the right Doctor. He was keen to observe all the things needed. They do not care only for the pets but also for how the owner feels about their pet without any judgement. I speak for those who are looking for rabbit savvy doctors. And they have here especially Dr. David Arnau Perez. The vet tech and nurses and receptionists are so nice and well mannered, special thanks to Ms. Aida, Ash, Jane and Tin my bunny nurses Michael and the tall filipino guy sorry I forgot the name but he was there who assisted Ms. Pickl’s 2nd surgery. Thank you for helping us become better and responsible owners. Good job team ABVC.They have rabbit savvy vets! The staff are smart and accommodating. They understand how to deal with different types of pet parents and remain professional. Dr. David Arnau took care of my buck (male rabbit) neutered him as well. Really happy I entrusted my fur babies under their care.

I took my cat to Dr. Marie Therese for his dental procedure. My cat is very anxious, and vet visits have always been a nightmare in the past. Dr. Marie Therese was very kind. She made some adjustments in scheduling blood tests during the earlier visit with the goal of making it easier on my cat by reducing his time spent in the clinic on the day of the treatment. After the dental cleaning we found that there was no need of any dental extractions. This clinic is by far the best in NOT recommending and doing unwanted procedures and tests. The whole process was seamless and as a bonus, their prices are reasonable.

Most probably the Best Clinic in town ! After 20 years of residence in Dubai as expatriate, I never seen a Vet Dr accepting to call another Vet Dr to share about a different approach about a treatment. Usually Dr don't argue together but respect and protect each others even when they know one of their peer made a mistake. Dr Hélène did so - in a very polite way - and just save our dog ! Now we are dealing with Dr Mehdi who is one of the most professional Vet Dr in town ! I hardly recommend this clinic to all people who need !

I took my dog to ABVC this afternoon as the veterinary practice I usually go to was fully booked, and I had a minor emergency with my dog. My son and I were apprehensive about meeting a new vet but we had the best experience we could have wished for. Dr Rokas is extremely kind, showed empathy to both dog and owner, was gentle, patient and really worked on building trust with our dog - and in turn, with us too. He asked many questions to understand what had happened recently to cause the illness and was also keen to learn more about our dog’s usual habits when he is well. He went through the steps clearly and gave him the meds he needed, all while petting him to make sure the experience was as comfortable as it could be. I could not recommend Dr Rokas highly enough. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. Thank you.

Thank you to ABVC and especially Dr. Anna Gulii! She is an exceptional veterinarian who has gone above and beyond in caring for my cat, Rolex. When Rolex suddenly became lethargic and we were at a loss for what could be wrong, Dr. Gulii immediately identified the issue as high blood pressure and identified the associated fluid buildup in his eyes. Her expertise was evident as she efficiently diagnosed these conditions, even demonstrating his fluid buildup and slight retina detachment through an eye ultrasound to us. She explained everything in detail as well, which was incredibly insightful for us as pet owners. She was also very kind and gentle with my cat, helping him feel less vet clinic jitters, instantly putting him at ease.Dr. Anna recommended an easy treatment plan for Rolex, which helped almost immediately - he was back to eating and walking around that same day. She also noticed slightly elevated liver function markers on his blood work and recommended Renal Special cat food to prevent any liver problems in the future which Rolex has been enthusiastically eating since. Today, at our follow-up appointment, Rolex's blood pressure has stabilized completely, and his eyesight has almost fully recovered (100% recovery expected in a few days), as confirmed by another eye ultrasound revealing the cleared fluid buildup and properly positioned retina.I cannot thank Dr. Anna Gulii enough for her knowledge, compassion, and dedication to ensuring Rolex's well-being. Her clear communication throughout the process and genuine care for animals are truly commendable. If you're looking for a vet who not only diagnoses swiftly and accurately, but also cares deeply about your pet's health and recovery, Dr. Anna Gulii is the one to trust. With Dr. Anna your pets are always in kind, caring, expertly hands!

As an mutli animal owner & pet carer, I was very nicely surprised by my visit today to ABVC, it was brilliant! We are caring for a cat, with we were told, Kidney failure issues, Cataracts, an eye discharge, and a bad case of chin acne which wouldn't respond to treatment. Dr Marie Therese, bid an amazing job reading through previous blood tests, finding mis- diagnoses, and treating eyes, ears and chin.... she said she was going to 'give us back a new cat', and she wasn't kidding. All this with a gentle yet professional demeanor. I've seen so many vets where borderline rough treatment is used when handling cats, but not here. She gave me in depth explanations about everything, and showed me how to do follow up treatment. I cannot recommend ABVC and especially Dr Maria highly enough (and her assistant who also did a great job). All this and a reasonable price for such highly specialized service.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !Thank you, from Oz and RayRay x

We visited ABVC today the second time for Bean's (our cat) vaccination and registration. Two weeks ago we came for his initial check up and deworming. Dr. Razan and the staff of ABVC were very nice and accomodating. It's our first time to have a cat and Dr. Razan helped us with the things we need to know like the quality of the food we have to give our cat. She's very gentle with Bean during the vaccination and microchipping process. One of the staff was also assisting her and he was also very helpful and gentle with Bean. We can honestly say words can not do justice for the amazing doctors, nurses, and admin team that are at ABVC. We unfortunately had an experience I wish for no pet owners. We had to rush our little baby to the Emergency, it did not look positive upon arrival. The doctors worked extremely hard to not only save our little baby's life but nursed her back to strength just in order to be home for the final few days to say her proper farewell. This alone was a miracle that we can not thank the ABVC team enough for. Dr. Anna and Dr. Rokas, just two amazing people let alone doctors who were by her side step by step. Their empathy while still delivering news that was not always positive is rare to find. They gave the right balance of showing they cared while still able to remain honest and practical during the whole experience. We can not thank you enough for getting us that time to say our proper goodbyes. The decisions you and the entire team made we are forever grateful. Rafael, Donna, Jenny and the others whose names we are forgetting right now. We have eternal love for you all for the way you took care of our baby when she needed it. Again words can express how grateful we are to you all. One more special comment for Dr. Anna who really made the difficult decision easy somehow. Compassion combined with professionalism is very hard to find, and again thank you from all of us. Last but not least the admin team. You guys always made it easy for us, even when we would come at all hours of the day. Always smiling and showing support. Again how this whole team made us feel comfortable and supported during such a difficult period, we had no choice but to write this review for everyone to know. This was not easy to put down as everything is still fresh, but the ABVC team is second to none.
