ABVC Complaint Form

Although we will at all times aim to give you our very best service, sometimes reasons to complaint build up. For this reason, we have the following complaint support set up, please follow up on the below options to ensure a swift and satisfying outcome:

• Inform us if any of our services proofed unsatisfactory to you. Submit a complete Complaint Form or send directly a message to management@abvc.ae
• ABVC will answer you for receipt of your complaint, investigate the matter, and will get back to you with a solution
• Should this solution still not meet your standards, we can meet with you in person to try and solve the matter amicably
• For those cases where we cannot find a solution that satisfies both parties you can contact:
  • UAE Ministry of Climate Change And Environment (MoCCAE) by sending an email to info@moccae.gov.ae to file a complaint against our Clinic or Vets in Veterinary related matters 
  • Dubai Economic Department (DED) by sending an email to consumerrights@dubaided.gov.ae or submitting a form for complaints on customer rights and services

Any defamation or otherwise insulting and damaging posts involving our Veterinary Clinic, our staff, and our management on Social Media and other online platforms will be forwarded to the involved authorities who will deal with them as per the UAE law.
