Phase One: Responsible Sterilisation Care

Valid 1 May – 30 September 2026

1. Promotional prices apply only during the campaign period from 1 May until 30 September.
2. Advance booking is required and appointments are subject to availability.
3. Promotional pricing applies only to pets that pass the required pre-anaesthetic health assessment on the day of admission or during the pre-surgical consultation.
4. Included in the promotional price:

• Pre-surgical consultation
• CBC blood test
• PAP (Preanaesthetic Panel)
• General anaesthesia
• Standard sterilisation procedure
• Standard recovery monitoring
• Post-operative discharge instructions

1. Promotional pricing applies only to routine elective sterilisation procedures.
2. Excluded from promotional pricing:

• Cryptorchid pets
• Pregnant pets
• Pyometra cases
• Pets with abnormal blood results
• Pets with cardiac disease or significant systemic illness
• High-risk anaesthetic patients
• Emergency procedures
• Additional diagnostics
• Additional medication
• Pathology / laboratory testing beyond included tests
• Hospitalisation beyond standard recovery period
• Non-routine surgical time or complex surgical procedures
• Microchipping, vaccinations, cone collars, recovery suits, take-home medication unless otherwise stated

1. If additional medical concerns are identified during examination or testing, our veterinarians will discuss findings, treatment options, revised estimates, or postponement of surgery before proceeding.
2. Weight categories for canine procedures are determined by Al Barsha Veterinary Clinic based on admission weight.
3. Rabbit and guinea pig procedures are subject to species suitability, health assessment, age, and surgical candidacy as well as the availability of our special Rabbit & Guinea Pig Veterinarian Dr. David Arnau
4. The clinic reserves the right to decline surgery where it is not in the pet’s best medical interest.
5. Promotional pricing cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, package, insurance claim reduction, staff rate, or loyalty benefit unless approved by management.
6. Full payment is due at admission.
7. Prices are in AED and exclusive of VAT according to current UAE regulations (adjust based on your billing format).
8. Al Barsha Veterinary Clinic reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the campaign at any time without prior notice where operational or clinical circumstances require.
