PET FOOD PRICE INCREASE NOTICE

We would like to inform you that due to the current regional situation and increased logistics costs, our pet food suppliers have implemented mandatory price increases across a number of product lines.

As these adjustments are supplier-directed, our retail prices will be updated accordingly.

Suppliers have furthermore introduced additional transportation surcharges for deliveries to our location. We have chosen to absorb these added transport costs ourselves and will not pass them on to our clients at this time.

Positive Supply Update

While supplier pricing has increased due to logistics and shipping pressures, we are pleased to report that veterinary diet supply lines appear to be improving.

We currently expect almost all dry veterinary diets to be available in clinic by this weekend, helping us continue to support pets requiring prescription nutrition without interruption.

Wet food deliveries are still pending, but expected shortly.

Our team continues to monitor stock closely and prioritise continuity of care for every patient.
