While October is a month of fall, fun, and costumes for Halloween, it could also be the month that celebrates pets with a twist of taking a picture of a dog barking at the night sky.
Our paw friends deserve a good selfie as much as we hooman do. Now that we are in our new phase where we can upload photos/selfies to our paw friends’ profile, it is also easy for us to identify them. So, we are inviting you to send us your best photo of your pets.
Taking a great pet photo can be a fun and rewarding experience. Whether you’re capturing a candid moment or trying to create a professional-looking portrait, here are some tips to help you get the best pet photos:
1. Choose the Right Location:
Select a location where your pet is comfortable and relaxed. Familiar settings, like your home or a favorite park, work well.
Avoid busy or noisy areas that might distract your pet.
2. Get on Their Level:
To capture your pet’s perspective, get down to their eye level. This often leads to more engaging and relatable photos.
3. Use Treats and Toys:
Treats or toys can be helpful in getting your pet’s attention and keeping them engaged.
Hold the treat or toy close to the camera to encourage your pet to look in the right direction.
4. Timing is Key:
Patience is crucial. Be ready to take multiple shots to catch the perfect moment.
Try to capture your pet when they are calm or during their playful moments.
