Emergency Care
Call 04-3408601 or toll free 800-VET123. To provide the best possible emergency care we require you to come to the clinic. Emergency rate during opening hours 350 AED.
Treatment by Appointment
This will ensure that you will loose no time waiting.
Special Cat appointment Timings
If your cat is very stressed at seeing a dog please use our facility to make a special cat appointment. Simply mention this fact to our receptionist and she will offer you special cat-only appointment timings.
House Calls
We provide House Call service for most of the areas of Dubai.
- This way you don’t have to worry when you go on a Holiday and leave your pet(s) at home in the care of someone without a driving license.
- Most Taxi’s in Dubai will not allow a pet in their car, so if you don't drive we will come to you.
- To help out with animals that don't like to travel by car, are afraid of the vet or if you have a very busy schedule.
Diagnostic- and Therapeutic Services
Our Clinic is equipped to provide First Line Diagnostic and Therapeutic Services to care for your pets First Line Health Needs.
For all the further diagnostics we either refer you to the most qualified Veterinary Specialist or take samples and bring them to the laboratories involved, in which case we will inform you on the results the moment we receive them.
Preventive Health Care Programs
In order to quickly identify problems we run a regular preventive program of health checks + care

Surgical Services
We have our own separate surgical theatre and provide most day-to-day surgeries in our clinic. However specialized surgeries as Orthopedics, Open Heart surgery, etc. we will refer to other Veterinary Specialist Centers.
Hospitalization
For those of our pet-clients that need hospitalization and intensive care we provide facilities and qualified care 24 hours a day.
Pharmacy
We use "A" quality veterinary pharmaceuticals of certified + quality/transport controlled wholesalers/suppliers. We maintain a complete inventory of pharmaceuticals, vitamins, pesticides and shampoos to meet the need of your pet as mentioned in the formularia according to Good Veterinary Practice Standards.
Home pet-food delivery
All pet food that we sell can be delivered at home without additional charge if the order is 5 kg or more in the following area's; Jumeirah site of the Creek to Jebel Ali. We require direct cash payment if possible in exact change.
Travel- and Holiday solutions
We provide full information on traveling with pets and offer solutions for the holidays.
Check-up Service

Homeopathic and phytotherapeutic care
We have a specialist consultant attending, for those patients who might be interested and suitable for alternative medicine treatment. (Patients with arthrosis, skin-problems, allergy related problems, behavioral problems). We also have a range of products based on natural ingredients. Please ask our receptionist for more information.
Dietary Counseling
In those cases necessary we will provide guidance regarding your pet’s nutritional needs. This means for each life-stage, level of performance and for the management of diseases. The progress of the diet will be monitored in your patient file in our computer system, this way we can discuss and advice, based on facts, the route to follow.
Behavioral Counseling
We can provide advice regarding training of pets and dealing with behavioural problems. We offer solutions through training, equipment use + introduction of medication.
If necessary we can refer you to a specialist behavioral counseler who resides here in Dubai.
Grooming
In the near future we will be able to provide you with grooming services. Please call for more information. We do however already offer a complete shave of Persian Cats under anaesthesia.

First Aid Courses
Two times a year we will organize a Pet First Aid Course. Check our Event calendar on this website.
Theme Nights
4 Times a year we will organize an informative evening on subjects of interest to our clients. Attending the evening is for free and we will try to have a little present of interest for you available.
Subjects expected:
- Puppy night
- Training your pet and Behavioral Problems
- The geriatic patient and how to make them most comfortable
- Children and pets
- Etc. (If you have an idea/special topic of interest please make this known to our staff)

Multi lingual Staff
In order to be of extra help our staff is capable of speaking several languages.
You can speak the following languages with our staff: English, German, Dutch, Hungarian and Philipino.
The following languages need a bit more patience but can also be used to express the problem French, Italian and Arabic.
